Drafting / Shop Detail

Our subcontracted Draftsperson works with the client, architect and engineer to shop detail the project. Programs utilised include Tekla and NC files for our robotic PythonX fabricator.

Fabrication

Our in house quality assurance system ensures quality practices are adhered to throughout the project. All welders are compliance tested to AS1554. Our structural steel fabricators are qualified Boilermakers

Cutting | Drilling | Laser Cutting

The PythonX Structural Steel Beam Line Plasma CNC processor stream lines and expedites the process of cutting, drilling, notching, marking cleats and weld preparations to a high standard.

Surface Preparation

Blasting

The Blast System is a self-recovery system using steel grit to ensure a higher standard of blast.

Painting

Use of an airless unit and climate controlled paint area ensures a consistent finish of all paints specified all year round. Our in house quality assurance system ensures all finishes are to paint specifications and Australian standards.

Site Erection

Our qualified riggers, dogman, boilermakers are fully ticketed to up to date requirements and carry out all work to OHS&E compliant standards. The onsite team are fully supported by our proactive Managers and Administration team to ensure the smooth running of the project at all stages. Our attention to detail and compliance with the requirements of engineering documentation ensure the project is completed to a very high standard.
