Simon is a trade qualified Boilermaker/Welder and Rigger. In partnership with his wife Tracey, the Company was founded and commenced trading in November 1994. Simon’s knowledge of the industry and ability to mentor and inspire our team is at the core of the business and its values.
Tracey supports all Managers and team members in their roles to ensure the development, growth and continual review of the operations of the business.
Rod is a qualified Boilermaker/Welder, Rigger and has been with the Company for 20+ years. Rod coordinates site erection works in conjunction with the Client and their production schedule, safely and professionally.
Jason is a qualified Boilermaker/Welder, his focus on innovation and quality work has seen Jason rise to his current role. Jason combines professional leadership with strong trade knowledge to coordinate the in house quality assurance, fabrication and smooth production through the workshop.
Gino has been in the construction industry for 12+ years. Gino is proficient in all aspects of the tender process and thorough with his estimations.
Nicole coordinates all paperwork in a timely manner for the projects and accounts and ensures all information is up to date and correct, without exception. Her attention to detail, mentoring and strong communication skills are key attributes to her position in the Company.
Bree has been with our Company for 2 years, Bree is our first point of contact for Clients and the support for our Managers and Nicole. Bree is perfecting her skills in admin within the industry.
Lauren is the newest member to our team; she has a degree in Bachelor of Business Human Resource Management. Lauren ensures all compliances within Payroll and HR are up to date.
Painters and Blasters
All tradespeople and welders are compliance tested to AS1554.
Our site team are qualified and fully ticketed to up to date requirements and carry out all work to OHS&E compliant standards.
